The empress deluxe adjustable bed mechanism, has extra motors to control the angle of the legs, The adjustable mechanism can be adjusted for oedema, lymphoedema and lipoedema when the feet are angled above the knee or very good for chronic back problems when the feet hang below the knee, this is because back pain can be alleviated by lowering the ankle, thus pulling the vertebrae open and releasing trapped nerves. This is a state of the art electric adjustable bed mechanism with extra motors compared to the standard adjustable bed mechanisms. The empress deluxe also has a separate motor for the neck and shoulders to help with neck or shoulder pain, you can infinitely adjust the positions to suit your neck or shoulder condition.

The overall length of the bed is 6ft 8" without a headboard, 6ft 9 with a headboard. However, it can be made shorter (additional costs apply).**

If you change the specification of the bed, it will be a special order (non-stock item) and will take up to 1 week longer to make and deliver.
